Beyond the Bar: Celebrating Every Guest, Every Choice
At Beyond the Bar, we’ve always believed that celebration belongs to everyone. Yes, we serve incredible cocktails, but our mission has never been limited to alcoholic drinkers. We take just as much pride, if not more, in crafting beautiful, thoughtful, and genuinely delicious drinks for our sober celebrators.
For us, this isn’t a trend. It’s personal.
Jason, our COO and manager, and my husband, decided to stop drinking the year we were married in 2011. He committed to that choice and has honored it every day since. His perspective brings something rare and deeply valuable to our business. He understands firsthand how important it is to have options that feel just as special, just as celebratory, and just as intentional as any cocktail on the menu.
That insight shapes everything we do.
Mocktails and NA beverages have been growing rapidly in society, and we’re proud to be part of that movement. It’s an honor to support and collaborate with Virgil Gamache Farms, especially through their incredible Albert’s Dry Hopped Seltzer. This partnership has added a whole new tool to our toolbox, one that allows us to elevate sober celebration with flavor, creativity, and authenticity.
Another favorite in our lineup is our signature Lavender Lemonade. Made with homemade lavender syrup and finished with a splash of bubbles, it’s refreshing, elegant, and unforgettable. It’s the kind of drink that reminds people that alcohol isn’t what makes a moment special; connection is.

At Beyond the Bar, we celebrate every choice, every lifestyle, and every guest. Whether someone drinks or doesn’t, whether they’re sober for a night or sober for life, we are here to make sure they feel seen, included, and celebrated.
Because everyone deserves a beautiful drink in their hand on their big day.
